Most underrated international cricketer?

For me. I would have to say from the current crop of players - Justin Langer. He's scored 24 test centuries, yet is always just about for the chop if he fails in one test. One of the most reliable openers ever and he scores faster than so-called "dashers" like Michael Slater.

From the past I'd say Rodney Hogg, a vicious batsman hating opening bowler who made Boycott look uncomfortable regularly, but never gets mentioned as a great.

Any thoughts?
