For waving his bat at a spectator who clearly had a few choice words to him as he was dismissed. In my opinion this is a bit over the top. Anyone who has seen Afridi hit something with his bat would know that if this were the case ("Mr Afridi's actions were a clear threat to that spectator, and had that person not taken evasive action then the bat would almost certainly have hit him." ) and he had actually hit him with the bat there wouldn't be much left of the bloke now. He got 77 from 35 odd balls that day too so he had his eye in.
